Why I'm Different

I’ve never seen myself as a traditional recruiter, nor did I arrive at this place by following a traditional route. Which kind of sums up my life really. What I do see myself as is a ‘matchmaker’: someone who uses intelligence and curiosity to match the right job, company and culture with the right individual.

I’m different because I have an innate, sixth sense of chemistry. It’s no good having that perfect match on paper if the chemistry isn’t there when you meet. Solving your Problem

My job is to save you time and stress. Which is why for every new role, we start with you telling me everything about the vacancy and who you think you are looking for. I’ll ask you a lot of questions (and I really do listen to what you tell me) and together, we will refine the candidate specification. Often, you might find you’re looking for something different than you initially expected and that’s fine. We’ll make sure we’ve got it right - you can’t afford to waste time interviewing or hiring unsuitable candidates. My approach saves you time, money and stress.

When I meet candidates I go through the same in-depth questioning process to ensure that you receive a precisely curated shortlist of people who really want to work for your business, who can do the job and more importantly, will do it well within your business culture and working environment. Sometimes your shortlist will surprise you. But trust me, if I’ve thrown you a curve ball, it’s because that’s what the role you are looking to fill needs. Pricing

With honesty as one of my core values, I like to be transparent about my fees. I don’t change them for every job or every client; instead they are competitive and reflect the value of what I bring to the table in terms of saving you time and stress.

Once a brief is agreed, all new clients pay me an initial £500 upfront  which is deductible against the first successful placement. This means we are both committed to the process, you know that I’m going to do more than simply harvest CV’s and it ensures against any time wasting.

 

15% + VAT

Salary - £20,000 - £29,000

17% + VAT

Salary - £30,000 - £59,000

20% + VAT

Salary - £60,000+


Fees are based on first year’s basic salary alone and are payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
